The Works Tender Board is a sub-committee of the Campus Development Committee.
Terms of Reference
- The Works Tender Board is responsible for approving/recommending acceptance of tenders for all capital, maintenance and minor works projects.
- The Works Tender Board shall have the following delegated authority and responsibilities:
- to approve acceptance of tenders for all capital, maintenance and minor works projects from exceeding $1 million to $10 million without reference back to the Campus Development Committee for approval but subject to reporting back to the Campus Development Committee and Council via the Executive Committee;
- to make recommendations to the Executive Committee for approval the acceptance of tenders exceeding $10 million and to report back to the Campus Development Committee for information;
- to review and approve the University's lists of approved tenderers but subject to reporting back to the Campus Development Committee.
- To advise and to make recommendations on all tendering matters referred to it by the President and the Campus Development Committee.
