Suggested Recruitment Schedule

Employers decide on the internship requirements for the coming summer.

Employers submit recruitment requests including specific requirements to CPS.

CPS processes job postings and helps identify appropriate candidates. Employers conduct screening and interviews, and confirm selected candidates.

Students' examination period

Interns join the placement organisations and start the internships.
Placement organisations evaluate interns' performance at the end of the placement period.

Placement organisations return to CPS their feedback and suggestions on the interns’ performance/internship arrangements.
