PolyU’s International Advisory Board (IAB) convened its meeting, bringing together global leaders to shape the University’s future direction. The gathering focused on topics ranging from academic structure, education, student development, research, innovation and administrative efficiency. The global leaders had a fruitful exchange with the University's senior management, and their insights provided an important sounding board for PolyU’s new initiatives.

The IAB, established in 2010, advises on the strategic development directions and major initiatives of PolyU while serving as a bridge between the University and the global academic community to foster collaboration and exchange. With its newly established membership in September 2024, including the PolyU President as Convener and internationally renowned leaders in academia and the innovation and technology sectors as Board Members, the Board continues to provide strategic guidance for the University's initiatives.
