The University Research Facility in Life Sciences (ULS) is pleased to announce that our new Biocomp Gradient Master 108 Gradient Mixer is open to users.
Density gradients are useful for the separation of biomolecules of different composition and volume. Using a patented method called tilted tube rotation, the equipment can produce up to 6 desired linear gradients in a reproducible and timely manner.
The ULS provides most of the common gradients for your experiments. Interested parties shall direct their enquiries on training and equipment access to Shuqi Zhang or Sirui Li of the ULS.
