Progenesis QI software

The Progenesis QI is a software for processing of LC/MS-based untargeted metabolomics data. It allows peak picking, peak alignment, intensity normalization, compound identification, and statistically analysis automatically. Various compound databases, e.g., Metlin, Chemspider, HMDB, etc, are available for compound identification.
