Cell sorting into 96-well plate
We are glad to announce that the 5-lasers FACSAriaIII cell sorter in ULS has recently been upgraded with an Automatic Cell Deposition Unit (ACDU) which users can perform single cell sorting or index sorting into 6, 24, 48, 96, and 384-well plates. It is an important additional tool for subsequent single cell analysis.
