Introduction:

The Nikon AXR Laser Confocal Microscope is a state-of-the-art microscope designed to meet the demands of high-speed, large field-of-view imaging. We have utilized confocal microscope to enhance our research endeavors in various scientific fields, including cell biology, neuroscience, and drug discovery. We believe that the Nikon AXR Laser Confocal Microscope is an essential tool for researchers who require high-speed, large field-of-view imaging with unparalleled precision and reliability.

Specifications:

Laser: 

  • Solid-state laser 405nm, fiber output power of the laser platform ≥15mW;
  • Solid-state laser 488nm, fiber output power of the laser platform ≥15mW;
  • Solid-state laser 561nm, fiber output power of the laser platform ≥15mW;

Scanning Head:

  • Galvanometer scanner for high-resolution imaging:

  • Confocal super-resolution imaging module, achieving super-resolution imaging higher than conventional confocal microscopy (XY direction 120nm, Z direction 300nm).

Detectors:

There are a total of 5 detectors:

  • Fluorescence detectors (two): High-transmission filter spectrometer, equipped with infrared high-sensitivity MA-PMT detector.
  • High-sensitivity full-spectrum detectors (two): Using efficient linear variable filters to obtain efficient spectral separation. Equipped with GaAsP high-sensitivity detectors. Adjustment precision: 1nm.
  • Transmission light detector: one MA-PMT

Microscope:

  • Fully motorized research-grade inverted microscope,
  • Side port field of view: 25mm.
  • Body port light splitting modes: Eyepiece 100%, left port 100%, right port 100%, eyepiece 20%/left port 80%, electrically switchable.
  • Eyepiece tube conforms to ergonomics, adjustable interpupillary distance, FOV: 22mm.
  • Transmitted light source: High-power and long-life LED illumination, built-in compound eye lens for illumination.
  • Electric seven-position condenser turret. Polarizer intelligent detection, condenser working distance ≥ 30mm.
  • Six-position electric objective turret, DIC slide intelligent detection, automatic parfocal capability between objectives.
  • Objectives (can be used with focus stabilization system):
    • 10X Flat field corrected achromatic objective, N.A. ≥ 0.45,
    • 20X Flat field corrected achromatic objective, N.A. ≥ 0.75, with Z-axis correction for UV applications.
    • 60X Flat field corrected achromatic objective, N.A. ≥ 1.40, immersion oil.
    • 100X Flat field corrected achromatic objective, N.A. ≥ 1.45, immersion oil.
  • Fluorescence light source: Full-wavelength LED illumination, fanless design, high-efficiency direct connection. Four-channel design, independent and adjustable light intensity, with a design lifespan of over 20,000 hours.
  • Fluorescence filter set, convenient replacement, with 3 high-performance "bandpass" fluorescence filter sets: DAPI, FITC, TxRED.
  • Fully automated high-precision encoded stage, effective travel range: Y ± 57mm, X ± 36.5mm, maximum speed: 25mm/s.
  • Z-axis adjustment step: minimum 10nm.

Live Cell Culturing System:

  • Gas mixing device, input 100% carbon dioxide, stable output of 5% carbon dioxide + 95% dry air, with gas flow rate controller.
  • Temperature control: ambient temperature up to 50 ℃, step progress: 0.1℃, with four-layer heating control (top, culture chamber, bottom, objective turret ring) to ensure long-term stability of temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration, suitable for long-term observation of live cells.
  • Humidity control: Built-in heating water tank to ensure saturated air humidity (~99%) within the culture space.
